How do I place an order?

After an order has been placed, how long do you take to ship the products?

Once the payment has been received, it takes between 1 to 2 business days to ship the order.

If it is an order to be shipped in the US, it would take approximately 5 business days. For any other country it would take approximately 7 to 8 business days.

We use regular USPS and Priority Mail for those who wants their orders to be delivered faster.

The cost of any shipment within the USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico through Priority Mail is $ 5.

The cost of any shipment to any other country through regular mail is $ 30.

What happens if my package is lost during shipment?

All orders are insured. If a package gets lost during shipment which has never happened, we will reship the merchandise to you at no additional cost.

What can I do if I receive a defective product?

After receiving your package you have up to 48 hours to check all the merchandise. In the event of finding any product with defects (very unlikely because we inspect every item before shipping it out), you must send us a pictures of the item or items in question in order for us to see the defect, upon our confirmation that the product is defective we will issue a refund to your credit card immediately, if you paid through zelle a credit for your next order will be issued. If by any chance we can’t confirm in the picture the defect of the product, you must send us the defective product/s for further inspection, the shipping charge that you incur will be added to the total refund.

99% of the time you don’t have to pay for any custom fees because we take care of that with the shipping company.

Who is responsible for bringing the merchandise through customs?

The shipping company will be responsible for bringing the orders through customs because remember that this is a door to door service, which means that you will receive the merchandise at your house or business place.

Do you always have 100% of the products in stock?

95% of the time we do, we say 95% because sometimes due to the huge volume of sales that we have every day some products go out of stock before we can even update our inventory on the web site but we continue to work very hard to keep this number at the minimum.
